So they’re gonna sue, eh? Figures, doesn’t it? Not that they’d get anywhere since nobody’s said anything that isn’t true, but it will cost money to fight this, so it’s harassment. That’s what they do. Anybody who displeases them, and having the truth come out about who and what’s behind their slimy tactics, is certainly going to displease them and then some!

O’Neil can’t be that stupid. Suing opens him up to the discovery process. In discovery, anything that is reasonably caluculated to lead to admissible evidence is subject to the discovery process. A good lawyer could have a lot of fun with O’Neil and the Swifties. Furthermore one of the Admirals changed his story on Kerry 3 times. He’ll be fun to cross exam and I expect his deposition would be taken early as he appears to little stomach for this and if you can show a timing of payments and story changes…
