Thursday marks the 6th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United v FEC (and the day they pulled the plug on Air America too).

Tomorrow (Wed 1/20), I’ll host a debate between David Cobb of Move to Amend, who’s working towards a constitutional amendment that proclaims corporations are not people and money is not speech, and Shaun McCutcheon, who challenged the aggregate limits on how much money an individual could contribute to a national party and to federal candidates and won at the Supreme Court.
