  1. I agree with this story, in that we do need to look at the math. Without a profit we wouldn’t need to pay taxes.
    When it comes down to it, California provides a great place to do business, and some of these attributes are offset by a higher cost of doing business, such as labor and rent. It’s a case of ‘you get what you pay for.’
