They got arrested because they’re still kids and therefore relatively small in stature. To avoid prosecution they have to become too big to fail.
Maybe that’s how parents can get their kids to eat breakfast: “Eat it all, sweetie, so you can grow up to be tall and strong and too big to fail!”
